Jewelry Charity Ball in Moscow will be held in the Hall of Celebrations of the "Guild of Jewelers of Russia" on September 27 this year. The event, organized by the "Guild of Jewelers of Russia" association and the Foundation for the Development of Jewelry of Russia, will be held for the fifth time in a row.
The Jewelry Charity Ball, which for five years has won fame as one of the best industry events in Russia, combines various kinds of arts - dance, music, jewelry. The purpose of the Ball is the revival and preservation of the best traditions of Russian culture, attracting public attention to the jewelry industry and the consolidation of representatives of the industry community, a demonstration of products of best modern masters of jewelry art.
The ball this year is dedicated to a lot of events: the 175th anniversary of the founding of Faberge house and the 130th anniversary of the appearance of its Moscow branch; The 120th anniversary of the Russian gold ruble; 255th anniversary of the founding of the Diamond Room of the Russian Imperial Court; as well as the 50th anniversary of the Ostankino TV Center, which also acted as a partner of the Ball.
Owners and top managers of large jewelry companies of Russia from more than 30 regions of Russia, representatives of state structures, art historians and collectors, cultural figures and show business stars will take part in the event.
During the Jewelry Ball, a charity lottery traditionally takes place. This year, the funds earned during the lottery will go to help in acquiring equipment to specialized educational institutions that teach jewelry specialties.
