In a first, London jewelry supplier Andre Michael has introduced a new laboratory-grown diamond (LGD) jewelry suite, featuring a necklace and earrings containing more than 50 carats of diamonds.

The Hatton Garden-based company said it is the first time it has presented large pieces of designer LGD jewelry, and that it will be an opportunity to test the market for more intricately crafted statement LGD jewelry.

“This is a foray into suites of design-led laboratory-grown diamond jewelry,” Andre Michael said.

“We can offer bespoke items of laboratory-grown diamond jewellery, for example featuring colored laboratory-grown diamonds.”
