The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) is preparing to launch the DMCC Luxury Innovation Centre based at Almas Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
DMCC executive chairperson Ahmed Bin Sulayem told the Dubai Precious Metals Conference (DPMC) that the new centre will provide a global luxury industry with the tools to address complex issues, using technology to boost confidence and transparency through the supply chain.
“We're making considerable strides to advance the global industry in line with the highest possible standards, including the UAE's government's responsible sources frameworks,” he said.
Sulayem could not say when the centre would be opened.
He said DMCC continues to drive critical discussions on compliance and transparency.
Sulayem said their dedication to compliance has enhanced their global reputation and increased trade. “Together, we are setting new standards of excellence and facilitating great accessibility, trust and transparency for market participants globally,” said Sulayem.
