Jewellery retail chain 585*GOLDEN was named the best in category during Russia's largest online consumer voting. The company won in nominations "Best Chain Store 2024" and "Best Online Store 2024".

The voting assessed retail chains and brands based on a number of criteria that are important to consumers. For retail and online stores, such criteria include the convenience of making a purchase, the assortment, the location of stores, the convenience of an online resource and others.

In total, more than 2.2 million people took part in the voting in 2024. Participating brands competed in 49 categories and 3 nominations.

"One of the key guidelines in our company's work is to build long-term relationships with customers. They are the ones who inspire us to develop constantly. We continuously analyse reviews and suggestions, as well as improve products and services for maximum user convenience," commented Stanislav Koloskov, 585*GOLDEN marketing director.
