ALROSA to switch to Russian-made employee communication platform

05 june 2025

ALROSA has signed an agreement with software developer IVA Technologies to replace its employee communications platform with a Russian-made analogue.

The agreement was signed at the conference "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" by ALROSA CEO Pavel Marinychev and IVA Technologies CEO Stanislav Iodkovsky.

As part of the agreement, IVA will implement a unified communications platform with a built-in messenger to create a single communications space and ensure a high level of security. It will allow the company's employees to hold meetings, webinars and other online events, as well as communicate in a corporate messenger using the wide functionality developed by a Russian company.

"Cooperation with IVA Technologies opens up new horizons for improving the efficiency and safety of our work. The partnership is an important step in the process of import substitution in the diamond mining company. It will help optimize internal communications and improve interaction between teams," Marinychev said.
