De Beers London gets luxury veteran Emmanuelle Nodale as brand CEO amid global expansion

18 june 2025

De Beers has named luxury industry leader Emmanuelle Nodale as the new brand chief executive of De Beers London, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s evolution as it prepares for a new phase of global growth under its Origins strategy.

The group said Nodale brings over two decades of experience building and repositioning premier luxury brands.

Most recently, she served as general manager of Europe at Milan-based Pomellato, where she drove expansion in key markets, elevated client experiences, and fortified the brand’s high-jewellery positioning.

Before that, she held senior roles at Kering, shaping strategy for its Watches & Jewellery division.

Her appointment follows De Beers Jewellers’ recent rebranding to De Beers London, a move designed to reinforce the brand’s heritage while sharpening its competitive edge in the global luxury sector.

One of Nodale’s first major initiatives will be the launch of De Beers London’s Paris flagship boutique on the prestigious Rue de la Paix later this year.

The store will introduce its retail concept, blending contemporary design with its legacy as a leader in natural diamonds.

“With our new identity firmly established and the upcoming launch of our Paris flagship, Emmanuelle’s leadership will be instrumental in expanding and strengthening our position in the global luxury jewellery market as we continue to differentiate ourselves as the only luxury jewellery house with direct access to natural diamonds at their source,” said De Beers Brands chief executive Sandrine Conseiller.

Nodale said from London, they will build on the brand’s unparalleled diamond heritage while creating design-led pieces that speak to modern luxury.
