E3 Lithium, a leader in Canadian lithium mining, announced the appointment of Lead Director.
At the quarterly board of directors meeting, the Directors appointed Alexandra Cattelan as Lead Director. She has extensive experience in leading electric propulsion and advanced mobility programs and lithium battery development from her past roles with General Motors, Stellantis, and Johnson Controls.
In the role as Lead Director, Cattelan will work directly with the Chair and CEO of E3 Lithium and preside over executive sessions of the independent directors.
E3 Lithium is a Canadian company with a total of 21.2 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE).
