Canada-based Endeavour Silver has published its consolidated production and cost guidance for 2026, expecting silver equivalent output to rise to 14.6 - 15.6 million ounces thanks to the acquisition of a new project in 2025.
The company’s three operating mines - Terronera and Guanaceví in Mexico, and Kolpa in Peru, are expected to produce between 8.3 and 8.9 million ounces of silver, while gold output from its Mexican operations is expected to range between 46,000 and 48,000 ounces.
Endeavour acquired the Kolpa mine in May 2025. The projects is expected to contribute significant base metal production. In January last year, the company sold its Bolañitos mine.
Consolidated all-in sustaining costs (AISC) in 2026 for all active mines are projected to range between $27.00 to $28.00 per ounce of silver. On a per-ounce basis, consolidated cash costs are expected to decline compared to 2025, driven primarily by higher silver production from these mines and stronger estimated prices for gold and base metals.
"2026 marks a pivotal turning point for Endeavour as Terronera ramps up into its first full year of production and Kolpa now fully integrated into our operating portfolio," said Dan Dickson, CEO of Endeavour.
"This year’s guidance highlights our evolution into a larger, more diverse silver producer, and I’m proud of the team’s dedication in building scale and strength for our future."
In 2025, the company produced 6.49 million ounces of silver and 37,160 ounces of gold, for a total of 11.2 million ounces of silver equivalent.
