This year, Jewellex Africa, a B2B platform showcasing the prime of South Africa’s gem and jewellery industry is slated between 1-3 September at the Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg. Some exhibitors believe the timing is aptly suited for the Christmas buying season, Diamond World reports.
Throughout the three days, the platform expects to host visitors from South Africa, African states and internationally. Exhibitors will showcase new merchandise lines, the best in the range of watches, clocks, fine jewellery, pearls and precious stones, jewellery, apart from packaging, machinery, accessories and services.
Jewellex is positioned to become the a single window for Africa’s gem and jewellery industry and to provide a secure trade platform for product distribution into and out of Africa.
In addition to business opportunities, the event also presents an atmosphere to interact through seminars and one-one meetings. The event has been shifted to Exhibition Hall 1of the Sandton Convention Centre, promising a fresh new atmosphere.
