At the meeting to be held on April 24, the Supervisory Board of ALROSA will consider amendments to the company’s Charter, as well as amendments to be introduced into the Regulation on the General Meeting of Shareholders and into the Regulation on the Board of Directors currently applicable in this open joint stock corporation.
ALROSA announced this on its website on Thursday revealing among other things that the participants of the upcoming event are expected to discuss the convening of the company’s annual meeting and make recommendations for the distribution of profits gained in 2011, including the amount of dividends on shares and the way they are to be paid.
Other topics to be discussed at the meeting include the uncompensated transfer of an airport complex to ALROSA, its participation in other organizations, the results of its procurement activity in 2011, as well as the approval of certain related-party transactions.
