Diamond Tech Company Sees Strong Interest at JCK

09 june 2012

Representatives of diamond industry technology company OGI are receiving a wealth of positive feedback as they unveil their new diamond grading and measuring device at the 2012 JCK show, recently held in Las Vegas, Israelidiamond.co.il reported.
OGI presented their new device called the Scanox HD and their new technology called SynCut. The HD system allows a user to estimate the symmetry of polished diamonds. The Syncut system, the only one of its kind on the market, enables one to go one step further by recommending methods by which the irregularity of a diamond can be repaired, as per acceptable industry standard.
OGI says that the advantage of their Scanox system lies in its high accuracy and quick measuring time – less than 15 seconds per polished diamond.
The company has been providing technological solutions to the diamond industry around the world since 1990.
