Gitanjali Group launched its third jewelry vending machine at Mumbai’s most popular and most visited Ganpati – Lal Baugcha Raja by partnering with Lal Baugcha Raja Ganeshotsav Mandal, Rapaport reported.
Vijay Shanker, the chief financial officer of Gitanjali Lifestyle, Sudhir Salvi, the secretary of Lal Baugcha Raja Ganeshotsav Mandal and actress Sayali Bhagat unveiled the vending machine.
“We got an overwhelming response from consumers after the launch of the second kiosk at Siddhivinayak Temple. Devotees flock Lal Baugcha Raja in huge numbers every Ganeshotsav. The vending machine launched here dispenses gold and silver coins with Lal Baugcha Raja embossed on it,” Shanker said. “With this, people can take home a symbol of the blessings and good luck from the greatest, Navsacha Ganpati, Lalbaugcha Raja, the fulfiller of all wishes.”
The company stated that the installation was made available for people to access during all 10 days of Ganeshotsav, which began Wednesday. The machine also dispenses jewelry and accepts credit cards, debit cards and cash.
“We are sure that the devotes who come to Lal Baugcha Raja in large numbers everyday will utilize this gold dispensing machine to its fullest and we hope this will be well accepted by the masses,” Salvi said.
