Accreditation for the three days of the 2nd International Jewellery Economic Forum has started. The event will take place in the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Moscow.
The upcoming International Economic Jewellery Forum named "Jewellery Traditions of Russia" is dedicated to anniversaries of the globally renowned jewelers and significant milestones of the Russian jewellery art history.
The main topics of the forum are as follows:
- Safeguarding and promotion of the best traditions and practices of modern art as the most important component in formation of the cultural image of modern Russia.
- Positioning of fine jewellery as "works of art bearing investment attractiveness."
- Artistic education in the modern jewellery industry.
- Promotion of fine jewellery by the Russian jewellers, both in Russia and abroad.
- The use of new information technologies in promoting jewellery (Internet and Social Media).
- Modern Museums of jewellery (Krasnoe Selo, Baden-Baden, Ekaterinburg).

Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov, deputy Minister of Culture Elena Milovzorova, deputy Minister of Education and Science Veniamin Kaganov, Chief of Administrative Department of the Russian Federation Ministry of Finance Alexander Akhpolov, Presidend of Trade and Commerce Chamber Sergey Katyrin, Director of Culture Department of Goverenment Petr Skorospelov, head of GOKHRAN Andrey Yurin, Assey Chamber head Alexandr Markin, and also President of "Eurasian Faberge Fund" Valery Vasiliev and President of MARSHAK Jewelery House (France) Dominique de Blanchard.
On September 30 multilateral talks between Russian, Kazakh and Armenian social jewelry organizations will take place within the framework of establishing Eurasian integration alliance.
Traditionally Forum ends with a Charity Jewelry Ball, this year organized on October 1.
