The development of the Syradasay coal deposit has begun in Taimyr. The first coal has already been loaded. This was announced by the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexander Uss in his Telegram channel.
The development project of the Syradasay coal deposit, which is located 370 km north of Norilsk, is being implemented by the Severnaya Zvezda company.
The resources of the field are estimated at 5.7 billion tons. The investment capacity of the project is about 45 billion rubles. It is planned to build a coal mine, a processing plant and a marine cargo terminal on Taimyr by 2025. The governor did not say how far these ideas have been implemented now, krasnoyarsk.dk.ru writes.
