"We have accumulated our own competencies, experience and knowledge. And Gazprom has created a new gas production center - Yamal. Currently, new large deposits and hydrocarbon production are being developed. And we can responsibly say that Russia is here, in the Arctic, ahead of the whole planet. We have no equal in the Arctic," Miller told Russian President Vladimir Putin in connection with the 30th anniversary of Gazprom.
The Russian company is currently preparing for the implementation of the Power of Siberia 2 project and the start of construction of the Soyuz Vostok gas pipeline through Mongolia, Miller said.
