Norilsk Nickel presented a professional growth program for young employees

07 march 2023
Norilsk Nickel presented a professional growth program for young employees of the company, sgnorilsk.ru reported.
Speaking at the panel session "Youth: a Strategy for success" held within the framework of the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum, Irina Zhuikova, Director of the Social Policy Department of Norilsk Nickel, spoke in detail about the program "In Good Company".
"We offered young employees to find their place "In a good company" – here you can grow professionally, personally, creatively. You can both learn and share some of your skills and abilities. Our foresights with young people have shown that young employees want to develop. For example, they are interested in domestic industrial tourism – to visit other production sites that they cannot visit for work. At the same time, development involves not only moving up and the position of a leader, but also acquiring new skills at their own level," said Zhuikova.
Norilsk Nickel employees also shared their impressions of participating "In a good company".
"Our program is aimed at forming communities in large companies – it was created primarily for guys who want to develop professionally, creatively. The most active participants can visit forums, sites, and share their experiences. For me, this program is primarily an opportunity to find new acquaintances and create my own social circle," said Yulia Manchuk, curator of the program "In Good Company" of the Polar Branch of Norilsk Nickel.
