The Potanin Foundation organizes the "Professional Development" competition

The Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation opened the reception of applications for the "Professional Development" competition for employees of socially oriented, sports, museum organizations, as well as universities.
NGOs from the Krasnoyarsk Territory and other regions of the Russian Federation are invited to participate.
During the previous two years, the foundation has held separate competitions on four programs: "Effective Philanthropy", "The Power of Sports", "Museum without Borders" and "Vladimir Potanin Scholarship Program". This year they were combined into one.
Four cycles of the competition are planned for 2023, the acceptance of applications for the first one will last until April 24, 2023.
The competition is held in two categories.
"Individual trajectory" – for individuals. If they win, they will receive a grant of up to 300,000 rubles for training in a wide range of areas – from management and marketing to fundraising and the use of digital technologies, and will also be able to complete internships in one or more organizations.
"Institutional experience" – for legal entities. The nomination assumes support in the form of grants up to 750,000 rubles in two directions: for educational programs or internships for their employees or for the presentation of best practices and developments in their subject area to the professional community.
The foundation of the head of Norilsk Nickel, Vladimir Potanin, became the leader of charitable foundations of Russian businessmen for two years in a row, the online edition reports ttelegraf.ru.
