Norilsk Nickel replenishes its staff with young specialists

The second stream of the "First Arctic" program has ended in Norilsk, with the help of which Norilsk selects capable and promising managers and experts, sgnorilsk.ru informed.
In 2020 out of 4.000 applications for participation only 16 people passed all the selection tests and reached the final, which indicates a very serious competitive selection of candidates for senior positions and the personnel reserve of the Polar Branch of Norilsk Nickel.
After completing participation in the leadership program, the company provides its new employees with the opportunity for career advancement within the expert track or as an entry-level manager.
Since 2018 Norilsk Nickel has been inviting young people from specialized universities of Russia to participate in the program in the specialties "mining", "metallurgy", "enrichment" and others.
The program is aimed at attracting high-potential graduates of specialized universities, retaining promising young specialists, as well as the best young specialists from other enterprises.
