The Moscow-based Prompribor-R company has developed and is preparing to launch into mass production a new model of a gas analyzer for Arctic conditions, said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Government of Moscow, head of the city's Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
"The manufacturer has created a new model of the gas analyzer for operation in difficult climatic conditions. Such a sensor remains operational at temperatures from minus 60 to plus 60 degrees Celsius. The measuring tool has passed a number of tests and will be put into mass production in the second quarter of 2024," he said.
Prompribor-R is already capable to produce 4,500 Arctic-specific devices annually, ttelegraf.ru writes.
