International Arctic Forum to take place in Murmansk region in 2025

The Arctic - Territory of Dialogue international forum will be organized in the Murmansk region in 2025.

“Our main goal is to unite all regions of the Arctic zone of Russia in order to jointly develop the powerful economic potential of the macroregion and make the living conditions of the northerners comfortable. I am confident that the forum will help develop effective approaches to overcome the challenges and fulfill the tasks the Arctic [authorities] are facing,” TASS quotes a message in the Telegram channel of Murmansk Region governor Andrei Chibis.

As noted by the Ministry of Information Policy of the Murmansk Region, the International Arctic Forum will unite the efforts of government authorities, international organizations, representatives of the scientific and business communities of Russia, as well as foreign countries to exchange opinions and develop mechanisms for the efficient development of Arctic’s potential.
