The “Arctic: Prospects, Innovations and Regional Development” International Summit will be held on April 22-25 in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

The event will include a competition of research papers aimed at sustainable development and exploration of the Arctic. The summit participants will discuss the main vectors of scientific and technological development of Russia in the field of new-generation Arctic technologies, sustainable development of the Arctic zone of Russia, priority tasks and implementation of state programs and national projects, innovative and unmanned technologies, and digital transformation, TASS reports.

MADI University and Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University will serve as the hosts for the event. The summit is being held as part of the Decade of Science and Technology.
