The commercial sea port of Lavna has filed a claim with the Arbitration Court of the Murmansk Region against Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG and AS LNK Industries.
The port requests that the defendants jointly recoup losses in the amount of 8,799 million euros for "advance payments for installation and supervision of equipment."
Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions is a part of Thyssenkrupp AG, specializing in the design and construction of industrial enterprises, including chemical and petrochemical. The company is based in Germany, according to b-port.com.
