The first Sight of the 2015-2018 Global Sightholder Sales (GSS) contracts will take place during a very challenging period for the global diamond industry.

However, Antwerp Diamond Bank shut down its global operations last year, despite once being a major player in the field. To fill in this gap, the National Bank of Fujairah (NBF) has said it will step in to meet the financial needs of manufacturers and traders in the diamond business.
