The polar branch of Norilsk Nickel sums up the results of production initiatives

In the first month of 2023, the production units of the Polar Branch of Norilsk Nickel submitted 450 proposals, of which 88 (19%) were approved. 
Six previously submitted startups were implemented at the sites of the Territory Improvement Enterprise and the Technological Drilling Enterprise.
Among the factors influencing the increase in employee engagement, the company considers the regular holding of headquarters in production units and monitoring the movement of life cycle activities.
For 12 months of 2022, the innovators in the Polar Branch of Norilsk Nickel were paid 2.608 million rubles of remuneration. Employees of working professions submitted 1,791 ideas, the growth of authors among this category was 40%.
The indicators were influenced by intensive work on the ground of managers with staff, ttelegraf.ru writes.
