At the enterprises of the Polar branch of Norilsk Nickel, 29 production initiatives of employees have been implemented, 17 of them with a potential economic effect, ttelegraf.ru reported.
In the three months of 2023, employees of enterprises submitted a total of 1,726 rationalization proposals, of which 501 were approved. 29 production initiatives – 6% of the total number of approved ones – have been implemented.
In terms of the number of approved proposals per employee, the undisputed leaders are the Technological Drilling Enterprise, the Oktyabrsky and Komsomolsky mines.
