(TASS) - Shareholders of Norilsk Nickel at the annual meeting decided not to pay dividends for 2022. This is stated in the message of the company on the website of the disclosure of corporate information. This decision was supported by 59.3% of the voted shareholders. The company also said it would not distribute profits for 2022 results.
At the end of 2021, the company paid a final dividend of RUB 1,166 thousand per ordinary share.
In addition, the shareholders approved the board of directors of the company, which included Petropavlovsk CEO Denis Alexandrov, Interros CEO Sergei Batekhin, Rusal Vice President Elena Bezdenezhnykh, Norilsk Nickel Board of Directors Chairman Andrey Bugrov, Sberbank Senior Banker Sergei Volk, First Vice President and Head of Corporate, Equity and Legal Affairs at Norilsk Nickel Marianna Zakharova, Director of Russian Aluminum Management Aleksandra Zakharova, PWC Partner Aleksei Ivanov, Senior Vice President of Norilsk Nickel Sergei Malyshev, Member of the Board of Directors of Rusal Evgeni Schwartz, Deputy Chairman of the RSPP Committee for the Development of Competition Yegor Sheybak.
