Impala Platinum (Implats) says the final condition precedent to its offer to acquire Royal Bafokeng Platinum (RBPlat) has been fulfilled.
It said the JSE's approval of the listing of the maximum offer consideration shares means the offer is now unconditional.
Implants offer to RBPlat shareholders will close on July 21 at noon.
The platinum group metals miner recently acquired an additional 547,346 shares in Royal Bafokeng Platinum (RBPlat).
Implats will own about 56.37% of the RBPlat shares.
