IJA Academy holds an international jewelry conference in Moscow on September 25

On September 25, the IJA International Jewelry Academy will organize the IJA CONF XXI jewelry conference in Moscow.

Among the main topics of the event are financial management, Internet marketing, personal effectiveness of the owner and merchandising.

The academy notes that training is the basis for the survival of a business. That is why the conference will be an opportunity to shorten the path to an end result through the exchange of experience with other industry players.

At the conference, a number of prominent personalities in the Russian jewelry industry will present their opinions. Artur Salyakaev (founder of the IJA Academy and INCRUA jewelry brand), Katerina Chernova (Dafna), Olga Moskvicheva (OZON), as well as other practitioners and experts will speak on relevant topics.

Among them is Denis Artsinovich, an art dealer, co-owner of the Maximilian Silver Label jewelry brand and the Maximilian Art Foundation. He will talk on the topic of collaboration between stone-cutting and jewelry retail.

Alexander Afanasiev, Founder of Entertaining Finance, co-owner of Factor Sales, Profit Consulting, and Fintablo financial accounting service, will talk about how to manage a team based on numbers, not opinions.

Alla Tikhonova, co-owner and head of DIAMARE jewelry stores, will talk about the opening of a modern discount center to renew the strategy of a boutique.

Andrey Shlyaev, Director of Marketing and Organization of Retail Sales of the 585*GOLDEN jewelry chain, will also speak at the conference. The topic of his speech is a commodity matrix in a jewelry store, its leadership and limitations.

Olga Savushkina, international expert and trainer of the CatMan-DO School of Category Management, will talk about the prospects for pricing policy for a jewelry company.
