28 september 2023

The international jewelry conference of the IJA Academy was held in Moscow at the "Start Hub on Red October" site on September 25. The event was attended by 279 top officials in the jewelry industry.

Among the main topics of the event were financial management, Internet marketing, personal effectiveness of the owner and merchandising. The academy notes that training is the basis for survival of a business. That is why the conference became an opportunity to shorten the path to results by exchanging experiences with other industry players.

Participants learned insights, got acquainted with figures and new development tools from current industry practitioners, who openly shared both their successes and failures, and also had the opportunity to meet representatives of jewelry brands and other event partners.

The highlight of the event was the IJA AWARDS ceremony, where the winners in the nominations of the Academy, as well as the ALKOR and GRAF KOLTSOV companies were announced.

The IJA Academy team has already begun preparing for a new conference in St. Petersburg.
