Seligdar produced over 6 tons of gold in nine months

PJSC Seligdar, Russia-based producer of gold and tin, announced its production results for three quarters of 2023.

According to the operational accounting data, the production of alloyed gold by the holding increased by 10% year-on-year and amounted to 6,253 kg. The production of tin in concentrate increased by 17% to 2,231 tons, tungsten - by 53%, to 88 tons. 870 tons of copper were produced during the reporting period (+29%).

Sales of gold produced by Seligdar increased by 18% and amounted to 4,947 kg.

The company gained 37.5 billion rubles (+88%) from the sale of gold, tin, tungsten and copper concentrates. In particular, the revenue from the sale of gold amounted to 32.9 billion rubles, which is 115% more than in January-September 2022.

Revenue was up due to a sales increase in terms of volume as well as rise in average selling prices by 43% year-on-year.

Revenue from the sale of tin, tungsten and copper concentrates for the first nine months of 2023 amounted to 4.6 billion rubles, remaining almost flat compared to the same period of 2022.

In January-September 2023, Seligdar received 23.694 billion rubles of net profit under Russian accounting standards against a loss of 7.6 billion rubles for the same period of 2022.

PJSC Seligdar operates 13 enterprises in Yakutia, Altai Krai, Buryatia, Orenburg Region and Khabarovsk Krai, nedradv.ru reports.
