For the fifth year in a row, Norilsk Nickel has become the best metallurgical company in the federal student employer rating - the Best Company Award 2024.

Severstal took the second place in the Metallurgical Companies category, and Rusal was in the third place.

The study was conducted on the basis of an online survey of young professionals with high potential in order to find out their attitude to the leading employers in Russia and the world.

The organizers of the annual award in the field of employer brand development studied the career preferences of more than 9,000 students of 39 Russian universities. They were asked to evaluate a total of 190 companies.

Among the criteria determining the choice of a job, 52% of respondents named a competitive salary, 36% - a work-life balance, 35% - respect from management and valuable experience for a future career, 34% - stability and reliability of the company.
