Norilsk Nickel was named one of the leaders of the "Map of Cities of Accelerated Transformation" rating.

The Platforma Social Design Center and the Center for Strategic Research presented the results of a large-scale study on the role of businesses in the development of their territories of activity.

According to the press service of Norilsk Nickel, during the experts analyzed and identified practices of successful transformation of the urban environment, naming leading companies with the best management tools that ensured the dynamics of development.

The study participants noted the significant contribution of Norilsk Nickel to the development of infrastructure in the cities of Norilsk, Monchegorsk and Nickel.

Nornickel invests into its flagship environmental and social projects in Norilsk. The invested funds are aimed at reducing harmful emissions, land reclamation, construction of comfortable housing, sports and leisure centres.
