The bestowal ceremony for the winners of the HR IMPACT 2024 professional award, aimed to encourage HR management specialists in the use of modern strategies, methods and technologies, took place in Moscow.

Three projects of Norilsk Nickel won in the following nominations: DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION - the best project of digital transformation into an HR super-app for employees of Norilsk Nickel; DIVERSITY & INCLUSION - the best project to create equal opportunities in the work environment; CULTURE & COMMUNITY - the best project to develop corporate culture "In a good company".

"All the winning projects are the result of the work of a large and distributed cross-functional team. We commend the staff of personnel, social policy, public relations and information technology departments for their joint work," the press service of Norilsk Nickel said.
