Diamcor Mining's independent director Sheldon Nelson has stepped down from the board of directors for personal reasons.
He was a long-time shareholder and supporter of the company.
Diamcor said it will provide an update in the coming weeks on the appointment of a new independent director to its Board of Directors and the advancement of the company’s growth objectives.
The company's primary focus is on the mining and development of its Krone-Endora at Venetia Project which is co-located and directly adjacent to De Beers' Venetia Diamond Mine in South Africa.
It also has a long-term strategic alliance with the world-famous Tiffany & Co.
