Norilsk Nickel has entered into an agreement with the Federal Electronic Platform TEK-Torg in order to develop and improve the procurement and bidding system in electronic format.
The companies will jointly expand the level of digitalization of Norilsk Nickel’s procurement activities using the TEK-Torg infrastructure, provide information support for specialists in procurement, implement new services and hold educational events.
“For the first time ever, we decided to use an external electronic trading platform in order to centrally inform the market about the needs of the Norilsk Nickel group of companies in a "single window" format. We hope that this approach will allow us to attract new suppliers to meet our needs,” said Alexander Fedotov, director of Norilsk Nickel’s logistics department.
The TEK-Torg is a universal trading platform for conducting governmental and commercial procurement, as well as property auctions, and small purchases.
