Africa Fashion and Jewellery Show set for April

06 march 2024

The inaugural Africa Fashion and Jewellery Show will take place next month in The Hague, Netherlands, according to one of the organisers.

DiaMondaine Diamantaires Club founder Agnes Abdulahu told Rough & Polished that the objective of the show is to showcase Africa’s diamond, gold, and gemstone businesses.

“We are providing a platform where Africans involved in fashion and jewellery, whether it be gold, diamonds, platinum, or gemstones, could combine [both] and present it to the international community,” she said.

“Of course, it is also an event where high-net-worth individuals will buy the jewellery.”

Abdulahu said the show will take place alongside the Invest in Africa Summit.

Other partners of the show include the Africa Fashion Museum, Africa Fashion and Cultural Week, and Diversilx.
