Supernika project took the second place in the prestigious HR Brand competition

04 june 2024
Norilsk Nickel has added a new achievement to the piggy bank of awards.

Supernika, the company's project in the field of personnel management, took second place at the HR Brand competition in the Federation Grand nomination.
The HR Brand Award is a legendary competition among representatives of large companies who share their experiences and are inspired by new business ideas.

The jury of the competition evaluated the best practices in the field of personnel management.

Many employees of Norilsk Nickel, due to the specifics of their work, do not have constant access to a computer. And in such situations, Superniкa helps out, which combines all the company's services and helps to quickly resolve work issues.

"Participation in the award was exciting - there was a lot of competition, more than 100 applications were submitted. We expected to win, because the project is large, complex and meets the challenges of the current time. And the award that we received charges and gives energy to continue to develop Supernikа," Vasily Korneychuk, business IT partner of the HR, social policy and public relations unit of Norilsk Nickel, shared his impressions.
