Gem Diamonds has recovered a 212.91 Carat Type II white diamond at its 70%-owned Letšeng mine in Lesotho.
This is the thirteenth greater than 100-carat diamond recovered at the mine this year.
The miner unearthed a 126.21-ct Type II white diamond and a 122.20-ct Type II white diamond earlier this month.
Gem Diamonds recovered a 129.71-ct Type II white diamond and a 145.55-ct Type II white diamond in August.
It also extracted a 123.20ct Type II white diamond and a 172.06ct Type II white stone in June.
Gem Diamonds found a 212.49ct Type II white diamond in May.
It also retrieved a 118.74-ct Type II white diamond and a 169.15-ct Type II white diamond in April.
The miner unearthed a 113-carat white Type II diamond in February.
It recovered a 139-carat low-quality boart diamond and a 295-carat white Type II diamond in January.
