On October 3-9, Branko Deljanin, president of Canadian Gemmological Laboratory, a renowned researcher and diamond expert, will be conducting a series of lectures and workshops in Mumbai and Hyderabad on the testing and identification of loose and mounted synthetic diamonds, HPHT-grown and CVD-grown.
The DRCT (Surat) is supporting the workshops with two of their screening/identification instruments.
The main goals of workshops to be held in association with HRD and Basil labs: expanding the specialist skills needed for testing natural and synthetic diamonds and developing a participant’s ability to recognise the usefulness and limitations of testing methods with portable instruments on the market to get correct results.
