Caledonia Mining Corporation is on course to produce between 74,000 and 78,000 ounces of gold for the entire year.
The company’s Blanket mine, located in Zimbabwe, produced 18,992 ounces of gold in the third quarter.
Production was lower than the 21,772 oz produced in the third quarter of 2023, although Caledonia said that this was a quarterly record for the mine.
The gold production for the nine months ending September 30 was 56,815 oz, which is an increase from the 55,244 oz produced in the first nine months of 2023.
