The new version of the collective agreement between Norilsk Nickel and its employees, recently signed at the company's headquarters, includes not only traditional support measures, but also new ones implemented in accordance with employee proposals.

When forming the updated collective agreement, the company took into account the experience of social partnership in previous years and employee proposals. Nornickel continues to provide employees with significantly greater support measures than required by law.

In particular, employees are provided with annual paid travel on vacation from the Far North. There are additional medical insurance, pension programs, housing programs, vocational training, The company provides additional compensation and incentive payments, and a corporate and implements internal incentive program.

Over the past period of the agreement, a number of additional decisions have been made to improve the social package of employees, and they are taken into account in the new version of the document. The emphasis is on strengthening targeted support for certain categories of employees. In particular, additional support measures have been introduced after the childbirth, for employees with disabilities, and when moving to a new location.

"Norilsk Nickel is now faced with the task of becoming a more flexible, adaptive, and efficient company. At the same time, we remain true to our traditions and key value - caring for people. The company has extended the collective agreement, which makes it possible to provide employees and their families with a high level of social guarantees," said Alexander Popov, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Norilsk Nickel.
