DRDGOLD Q3 gold output climbs 10% as revenue reaches over $180m
It said gold sold rose 14% to 42,568 ounces, driving a 31% increase in revenue to $181.2 million.
Its operating profit for the quarter stood at $100 million, with the average gold price received up 14% to $2,364 per ounce.
However, cash operating costs rose 12% to $79.9 million, mainly due to higher reagent and diesel costs, as well as the processing of higher-grade third-party material.
The group said all-in sustaining costs increased 6% to $1,998 per ounce.
DRDGOLD said it remained debt-free as at 30 September 2026 and stated it is favourably positioned to consider an interim dividend in February 2027, subject to current conditions prevailing.
The company said it remains on track to achieve its FY2027 production guidance of between 160,000 and 170,000 ounces of gold, while maintaining its operating cost guidance.
