Norilsk Nickel gas workers undergo trainings on dynamic risk assessment

Specialists of the Department of Technological Transport and Special Equipment of JSC Norilskgazprom and the Department of main gas pipelines of JSC Norilsktransgaz  passed the first joint training "Dynamic risk assessment".
Its main goal is to change the attitude of employees to industrial safety issues, ttelegraf.ru writes.
"The main task is to develop and implement measures aimed at responding and minimizing risks, familiarizing employees with the hierarchy of control measures and the principle of reasonableness in conducting a dynamic risk assessment," the press service of the Polar branch of Norilsk Nickel reported.
Practical classes include identification of risks with both external and internal causes, assessment of risks by the level of their impact and the occurrence of threats to the health and life of employees, temporary suspension of work, property damage if employees do not comply with the established rules in the field of labor protection.
The program is designed for the entire working staff of gas companies. Until October next year, it is planned to train every employee here.
