Gremyachinsky mining and processing plant raises safety standards
Simultaneously with the growth of production, the company raises the standards of the main component of the technological process – production safety and labor protection.
Topical issues of creating a system of integrated monitoring of production processes, the state of industrial safety, labor protection and ecology were discussed by the heads of EuroChem and SUEK during a working meeting at the site of the Gremyachinsky mining and processing plant.
The length of the mine workings, located at a depth of more than 1000 meters, now exceeds 80 kilometers. The excavation is carried out by combines, drilling rigs and other large-tonnage mining equipment. The ore extracted with the help of mining machines rises to the surface and enters the processing cycle of the factory.
The managers inspected the mine facilities and equipment, paying great attention to the peculiarities of the technological process of ore extraction due to the specifics of the Gremyachinsky deposit.
The heads of the enterprises exchanged views on the possibility of introducing new methods of integrated monitoring of production processes, the state of industrial safety, labor protection and ecology into the production process of the combine.
