Interros to build a business center for resident companies on the Russky Island

22 september 2023

A new Class A business center with offices of resident companies of the special administrative region will appear on the Russky Island.

The project involves the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation and Interros, one of the largest private investment companies in Russia, founded in 1990 by Vladimir Potanin.

"To create a new business center, we intend to not only use the rich experience gained by Interros via projects for the development of territories throughout the country – from Sochi to Kamchatka, but also the best world achievements in this area. In particular, we want the center to be not just functional and modern, but also organically fit into the architecture of the island, be useful to both business and citizens, and become the hallmark of the modern Far East," said Sergey Batekhin, CEO of Interros.

The area of the object is 15 thousand square meters. In addition to offices, the project will incorporate service enterprises, and allow the organization of events. On the ground floor there will be a multifunctional space for residents and guests of Primorye. Recreation areas will be arranged on the adjacent territory.

Interros has announced a closed architectural competition with the participation of leading architectural bureaus of Russia. Citymakers is the operator of the contest.

The design will be carried out taking into account modern architectural and planning solutions and the best world practices in the field of ecology, ergonomics and energy conservation, the press service of Interros reported.
