Two projects of Norilsk Nickel have reached the finals of the XXVII Silver Archer national award in the field of communications: a community for young employees "In a good company" and an engineering potential development program.

The Silver Archer national award was founded in 1997. It recognizes the best practices of Russian companies in the development of public relations. 301 projects from 8 federal districts of Russia participate in the 27th season of the award. The participants' projects were reviewed by 108 reputable experts, and the prize was awarded in 16 categories.

The days of open presentations were held on April 2 and 3. The creators and inspirers of the projects defended their work in front of experts and discussed topical issues with representatives of the professional community.
