Two Norilsk Nickel projects won the Silver Archer national award

10 april 2024

Two projects of Norilsk Nickel became winners of the XXVII Silver Archer national award in the field of communications: a community for young employees "In a good company" and the "Present for the future: developing engineering potential" project.

"In a good company" is the most widespread of the educational and optional corporate programs of Norilsk Nickel. This project was launched back in 2022 for employees under the age of 35.

Employees from different departments in more than 20 cities get to know each other and work together, transferring their contacts to the work environment, improving cross-functional interaction within the company.

More than 6,700 users are currently registered on the unified mobile community platform.

The "Present for the future: developing engineering potential" is a large-scale and long-term project of Norilsk Nickel, which aims to restore interest in the engineering profession among young people.

To this end, a whole educational ecosystem of projects has been created for children (and their parents), students and young professionals. At different stages of life Norilsk Nickel supports and guides future talents who would like to associate themselves with the engineering profession.

The Silver Archer national award was founded in 1997 and celebrates the best practices of Russian companies in the field of public relations.

In the 27th season, 301 projects from 8 federal districts of Russia participated in the award. The projects of the participants were reviewed by 108 reputable experts, and the award was presented in 16 nominations.
