Hainan to host the World environmental car conference in September

The World conference of cars powered by new energy sources will be held on September 27-29 in Haikou, the administrative center of South China's Hainan Province. The forum is organized by the Association of Science and Technology of China, the Hainan Administration and the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China.

The theme of the conference is "Low–carbon transformations and global cooperation", its goal is to strengthen cooperation with the global automotive industry, stimulate the development of vehicles using alternative energy sources. In addition, the forum aims to consolidate international efforts to reduce harmful emissions.

The conference participants will discuss issues of international standardization in the modern automotive industry, the introduction of advanced network technologies in transport, the organization of large-scale production of ecological machines, the adaptation of the industry to the nuances of consumer demand and much more, TASS reports.
