At an operational meeting of the government of the Murmansk Region with the participation of the head of the region Andrei Chibis, it was decided to create a system for submitting applications for ideas and projects of residents of the region based on the Grant Support Center.
Also, all grant opportunities for young people that they can count on in 2025 will be collected in a single system. Funding for the implementation of social projects, business development, and creative initiatives will come from the federal and regional budgets.
The funding volume for this grant program in 2025 is 9.5 million rubles.
Andrei Chibis noted that residents will be able to receive both advice and a full range of services on their issue at the "one-stop shop" of grant support where residents will apply with their initiative. He added that it is important for proactive northerners to understand what tools and opportunities are provided for them, while information about grants and competitions should be as accessible as possible.
