Nornickel implements a new approach to production management

12 june 2026

Norilsk Nickel is implementing a new approach to production management at its Nadezhda Metallurgical Plant named after B. I. Kolesnikov.

The "6C" system covers not only the sorting process but also personnel self-management, as well as improvements and adherence to safety standards.

According to the new approach, the workplace must be not only comfortable and efficient, but also safe.

More than 30 workshops have already been modified at the plant according to the new standards, and dozens of new facilities are planned to be built and updated.
